Securystar ownership card: what you need to provide

All 7 Securystar models are ordered with a photo of the ownership card: it proves that you may have the key copied. Without the card, depending on the model, a signed form with your documents, a sample key or a new card lets you order.

What to provide, model by model:

  • Ownership card or a new card: Prostar, Extra Safe, Mobile Code 2 and Mobile Code 5
  • Ownership card or signed form and documents: ExperT, Keso and CES WZ

Securystar now asks for scanned rather than photographed documents: prepare a clear scan of the card, the form and your documents.

Securystar keys are shipped within 15 working days, except the Securystar ExperT: 3 working days.

Where to find a Securystar key number

The number is engraved on the key head or printed on the ownership card supplied with the lock. For some models it only appears on the card: this is stated in the model list. Type it into the search at the top of the page to find your model.

How to recognise a Securystar key from its number:
