In these new buildings, you get in with a fob or an entry code: mention it when you call. In an older building, if the original lock is still in place, we replace it with an A2P-certified lock without changing the door.

Val de Seine and Les Arches, offices and riverside

Along the Seine, opposite Boulogne, the neighbourhood is mostly made up of offices, around the Issy-Val de Seine RER C station and the T2 tram. Since the mid-2000s, the riverside has opened up to housing: the Bords de Seine eco-district has close to 800 homes. Les Hauts d’Issy, from the Épinettes to the Fort eco-district

Up on the heights, this mainly residential neighbourhood runs from the Terrasses de Rodin tower to the eco-district built inside the old fort, lived in since 2012. On avenue Bourgain and rue d’Érevan, the Armenian church and place Etchmiadzin recall the community that settled here. In the new buildings of the Fort, the lock is recent: after losing your keys, a new cylinder is usually enough. Keep its card of ownership, it is needed for copies.

La Ferme and the Île Saint-Germain, on the Meudon side

To the west, towards Meudon, the La Ferme neighbourhood, in the former hamlet of Les Moulineaux, has been rebuilt along rue Jean-Pierre-Timbaud. Opposite, the Île Saint-Germain brings together a large departmental park, Jean Dubuffet’s Tour aux figures and houses by artists and architects, which have replaced the old workers’ cottages. On a house, we change the lock on the front door as well as the one on the garden gate, and can put them on the same key.

I’m moving into the Fort eco-district: should I change the cylinder?

If the keys were handed over to you without a card of ownership, or if you don’t know how many copies exist, yes. In these recent buildings, the lock can stay in place: only the cylinder changes, from €90 incl. VAT. The new cylinder comes with its card; you will be asked for it to have copies made.

My house on the Île Saint-Germain has two locks: can you put them on the same key?

Often, yes, if both cylinders are the same brand and the same size. Send a photo of each lock, from the outside and on the edge of the door: we tell you what is possible, and at what price, before we come out.

Do you copy security keys?

Yes, for the main brands: Fichet, Picard, Bricard, Vachette… A protected key is only copied on presentation of the card of ownership. Orders are placed online, on our key copies page.
