All 9 Cisa models are ordered with a photo of the ownership card: it proves that you may have the key copied. Without the card, depending on the model, a signed form with your documents, a sample key or a new card lets you order.

Cisa key lead times

AP3S, AP4S, RS3S, Astral S/Tekno, C2000 and Spectral keys are shipped within 8 working days, or within 3 working weeks when the key is cut in Italy. Asix P8, C3000 and Cambio Facile take 8 weeks.

Where to find a Cisa key number

The number is engraved on the key head or printed on the ownership card supplied with the lock. For some models it only appears on the card: this is stated in the model list. Type it into the search at the top of the page to find your model.
