Metalux ownership card: what you need to provide
All 3 Metalux models are ordered with a photo of the ownership card: it proves that you may have the key copied. Without the card, depending on the model, a signed form with your documents, a sample key or a new card lets you order.

Metalux keys are made by the Metalux factory and shipped within 8 working days, for every model.
Where to find a Metalux key number
The number is engraved on the key head or printed on the ownership card supplied with the lock. For some models it only appears on the card: this is stated in the model list. Type it into the search at the top of the page to find your model.
How to recognise a Metalux key from its number:
- 3C + 4 digits, on the card: T250
- 6 digits + M0 or M1: Pompe Vigie
- 4 digits: T6
On a T250 master key, the code contains PP or PG. Métalux K1, K5 and K6 keys are listed with DOM keys.
