JPM ownership card: what you need to provide

Of the 18 JPM models, 14 can be ordered with the key number alone. For the other 4, a photo of the ownership card is required: it proves that you may have the key copied. Without the card, depending on the model, a signed form with your documents, a sample key or a new card lets you order.

What to provide, model by model:

  • Number only: 303, 405, 5G-5 Pistons, Opal, Surf, SP Security Profile, Keso 1000, Keso 1000S, Keso 1000 Omega, Keso 2000/2002, Keso 2000S, Keso 2000 Omega, Keso 2000 S Omega and Keso 4000 S Omega
  • Ownership card or signed form and documents: Keso 3000 and Spinel
  • Ownership card or a new card: Keso 8000 S Omega and Quarz’Up

For a Keso 4000 S Omega master key, a photo of the card is required, or the signed form and your documents.

JPM key lead times

JPM keys are shipped within 8 working days, except the Quarz’Up: 15 working days.

Where to find a JPM key number

The number is engraved on the key head or printed on the ownership card supplied with the lock. For some models it only appears on the card: this is stated in the model list. Type it into the search at the top of the page to find your model.

How to recognise a JPM key from its number:

  • FC + 6 digits: Keso 1000 or 1000S
  • FCX + 6 digits: Keso 1000 Omega
  • GC, MC or NC + 5 or 6 digits: Keso 2000/2002 (GC + 6 digits: also Keso 2000S)
  • OE + 6 digits: Keso 2000 Omega or 2000 S Omega
  • GCX + 6 digits: Keso 2000 S Omega
  • LA + 6 digits: Keso 3000
  • FT, FL, FP, FS or FK + 6 digits: Keso 4000 S Omega
  • RC + 6 digits: Keso 8000 S Omega
  • SPN + 5 digits: Spinel
  • G0 + 5 digits: SP Security Profile
  • Q + 5 digits: Quarz’Up
  • 0001, 0004 or 0094 + 6 characters: Surf

On a JPM master key, the extra mark contains the letter P. A Keso number starting with GB5 is a Héraclès Keso 2000S key.
