CES ownership card: what you need to provide

All 12 CES models are ordered with a photo of the ownership card: it proves that you may have the key copied. Without the card, depending on the model, a signed form with your documents, a sample key or a new card lets you order.

If you have lost the card, CES issues a new one with the key: attach the completed CES form, an ID and a proof of address less than 3 months old.

Where to find a CES key number

The number is engraved on the key head or printed on the ownership card supplied with the lock. For some models it only appears on the card: this is stated in the model list. Type it into the search at the top of the page to find your model.
