RB-Locks ownership card: what you need to provide

All 6 RB-Locks models are ordered with a photo of the ownership card: it proves that you may have the key copied. Without the card, depending on the model, a signed form with your documents, a sample key or a new card lets you order.

What to provide, model by model:

  • Ownership card or sample key: Locxis, Dynamic+, Keylocx, Locxis profil La Clé du 16 and Locxis Serruriers de France®
  • Ownership card or signed form and documents: B2IS - Compatible 206S

A key marked 206S accepts the signed form and your documents instead of the card; a key marked B2IS/206S requires a sample key and your documents. Without a card or a key, the cylinder must be replaced: see our RB-Locks compatible cylinders.

RB-Locks key lead times

The Serruriers de France® profile is shipped within 2 working days and the Keylocx within 2 to 3 days; allow 8 working days for Locxis, Dynamic+ and the La Clé du 16 profile, and 15 days for the B2IS compatible 206S.

Where to find a RB-Locks key number

The number is engraved on the key head or printed on the ownership card supplied with the lock. For some models it only appears on the card: this is stated in the model list. Type it into the search at the top of the page to find your model.

How to recognise an RB-Locks key from its number:

  • L526 + 5 letters + 5 digits: La Clé du 16 profile
  • L032 (FT25/S) + 5 letters + 5 digits: Serruriers de France® profile
