Deny ownership card: what you need to provide
Of the 8 Deny models, 4 can be ordered with the key number alone. For the other 4, a photo of the ownership card is required: it proves that you may have the key copied. Without the card, depending on the model, a signed form with your documents, a sample key or a new card lets you order.
What to provide, model by model:
- Number only: Charles Fontaine, Dynaxys, Fontaine Statique and Y200
- Ownership card or signed form and documents: DF Sigma, Flat Twin, Satyx and Satyx Twin

Deny keys are made by the Deny factory and shipped within 8 working days, for every model.
Where to find a Deny key number
The number is engraved on the key head or printed on the ownership card supplied with the lock. For some models it only appears on the card: this is stated in the model list. Type it into the search at the top of the page to find your model.
How to recognise a Deny key from its number:
- IH + 6 digits: Satyx
- BL + 6 digits: Satyx Twin
- BH + 6 digits: Flat Twin
- IT + 6 digits: DF Sigma
- from 60001 to 61100: Dynaxys
- from 30001 to 30600: Y200
- from 1 to 18300: Fontaine Statique
- ZX, ZW or TL + digits, or A, B or C + 4 or 5 digits: Charles Fontaine
A master key also has an extra mark. A number starting with IH may also be a DOM iX Saturn: compare your key with the photos.
