The 14th’s four administrative quarters run from the theatres of rue de la Gaîté to the Parc Montsouris. We work at every address in 75014, houses and villas included.
The theatres of rue de la Gaîté, the boulevard Edgar-Quinet market, Montparnasse cemetery: the north of the 14th stays up late. Here, the Haussmann-era buildings of boulevard Raspail stand alongside the artists’ studios of rue Campagne-Première, with their huge glass windows.
Around the park, cobbled lanes such as the square de Montsouris and the villa Seurat are lined with architect-designed houses from the 1920s and 1930s. Their front doors, often glazed, can be secured with a multipoint lock and a protected cylinder, without altering their design.
Around the church of Saint-Pierre-de-Montrouge, rue d’Alésia is lined with shops, while rue Daguerre has kept its pedestrian market. Behind them, discreet villas such as the villa Adrienne mix houses and small apartment buildings, with doors of every kind.
Once a working-class district and now very much a family neighbourhood, Plaisance has kept rue des Thermopyles and its low houses, the cité Bauer and the church of Notre-Dame-du-Travail. Towards the Porte de Vanves, brick buildings from the 1930s take over; house doors are common here, and their locks are often the original ones.
A house door opens straight onto the street or the garden, with no landing and no caretaker: it deserves a lock at least as secure as an apartment’s. We fit A2P-certified multipoint locks and cylinders protected against forced extraction.

Yes: being less visible, the garden door attracts burglars just as much as the one on the street. Both can be fitted with identical cylinders, opened by a single key.
Yes. During the day, a standard door that has slammed shut is opened for €119 incl. VAT, and a security door for €129. If they are locked, allow €135 and €149 respectively. At night, the surcharged price is given to you before we set off.
