La Monnaie, between the Institut and carrefour de Buci
Facing the Louvre across the Seine, the quarter of the Monnaie de Paris and the Institut de France is lined with art galleries, antique dealers and 17th-century buildings. Carriage entrances open onto cobbled courtyards; behind them, the apartments keep their original doors, which we reinforce without spoiling their decoration.
