Between the stations, the canal and the faubourgs, buildings in the 10th range from 19th-century workers’ housing to the Haussmann-era buildings of boulevard de Magenta. Depending on the door, we reinforce it or replace it with an A2P-certified security door.

From the theatres of boulevard Saint-Martin to the town hall of the 10th on rue du Faubourg-Saint-Martin, by way of the Saint-Martin market and rue du Château-d’Eau: apartment buildings, artisans’ courtyards and offices share the neighbourhood. Original doors are plentiful here, and they lend themselves well to reinforcement.
Along the quai de Jemmapes and around Saint-Louis hospital, former workshops and small 19th-century buildings line streets that come alive in the evening, such as rue Bichat and rue Sainte-Marthe. Yes, at the request of the manager or the owner. For a furnished let, we also change the cylinder between two occupants if keys have not been returned.
Don’t try to lock the door again with the damaged cylinder. Take photos, report it to the police if there has clearly been a break-in, and call us: we secure the door, then fit a protected cylinder. Every step is set out on our lock change in Paris 10 page.
During the day, opening a standard locked door costs €135 incl. VAT; for a security door, expect €149. After 8pm the surcharge is added, and you know it before the locksmith sets off.
