La Villette, Pont-de-Flandre, Amérique and Combat: four administrative quarters, from the rotonde de Stalingrad to the boulevard périphérique. We come out to every address in them, whether a flat, a house or a shop.
Along the quai de la Seine and the quai de la Loire, buildings from the 1970s and 1980s face the basin, between the rotonde de Stalingrad and the lift bridge on rue de Crimée. When keys are lost, what we most often replace here is the cylinder of the original three-point lock.
To the north: the Orgues de Flandre towers, the parc de la Villette and the Rosa-Parks district, which grew up around the converted Macdonald warehouse. Large housing estates, recent residential blocks, offices: in the towers, tell us how to get into the entrance hall and to the lift.
The quarter hides one of the 19th’s secrets: the Mouzaïa and its villas, cobbled lanes lined with workers’ cottages, built over former gypsum quarries. Towards Porte des Lilas and boulevard Sérurier, blocks of flats take over. Whether it’s a house door or a flat’s front door, we open it and make it secure.
Its name recalls the animal fights once staged near what is now place du Colonel-Fabien. Today the quarter is a mix of stone buildings on avenue Simon-Bolivar, shops on avenue Secrétan and around its covered market, and streets climbing towards Belleville.

Door slammed shut as you popped down to the market on place des Fêtes, keys left at the office, a lock that won’t budge when you get back from a concert at La Villette: call us, at night or on a Sunday. The locksmith who calls you back gives you the price before setting off.
In the tower blocks, tell us the building, the floor and the door code; for a house in the Mouzaïa, the name of the villa is often enough.
Between 8pm and midnight, add 30% to the daytime price; after midnight, 50%. On Saturdays and Sundays, during the day, the rate stays the same.
From the landing, it takes a few seconds to photograph the lock: we recognise the model and give you the price incl. VAT before we set off.
