Yes. During a call-out, we also look at the other shutters on the shopfront and point out any showing signs of wear: noise, slowness, a bent slat. You then decide what you want repaired.
Don’t leave with the shop window unprotected: a technician can come at any hour. We close the shutter or, if a part is broken, secure the shop window until the repair.
A safety brake fitted on the shaft: if the motor or a drive part breaks, it locks the shutter in place instead of letting it fall. It is one of the components we check on every call-out.
First call the company that holds the contract, as it is the one that should come out. If it cannot, we carry out the repair at the request of the shop or its property manager, and give you a detailed invoice for the work.
