Around Montmartre cemetery, rue Caulaincourt and rue Damrémont, dressed-stone and brick buildings share the sloping streets. On the western slope of the Butte, towards avenue Junot and villa Léandre, houses with old doors call for locks to match.
From the top of the Butte, place du Tertre and Sacré-Cœur, down to porte de Clignancourt, by way of the town hall on place Jules-Joffrin and the Marché Saint-Pierre: small old buildings, narrow streets and stairways. On upper floors with no lift, we often favour reinforcing the existing door.

On the Butte and in the Goutte-d’Or, many buildings have neither a lift nor a wide stairwell. A door reinforcement arrives in parts and is fitted onto your door: on these floors, it is often the obvious choice.
