The town hall and its nineteen-storey administrative tower stand on avenue Gabriel-Péri, in the Agnettes neighbourhood, built in the 1960s and 1970s and served by Les Agnettes metro station since 2008. The neighbourhood is being renewed: on rue des Agnettes, tower 9 is being demolished and towers 1, 3, 5 and 7 refurbished, while a new town centre is rising along avenue Gabriel-Péri, with around 650 homes. The Grésillons and Chandon-République, from Gabriel-Péri metro station to the theatre

To the south, facing Asnières, the Grésillons are organised around Gabriel-Péri metro station, place Indira-Gandhi and Les Grésillons RER C station; the Théâtre de Gennevilliers is on avenue des Grésillons. The large buildings of the social landlord 3F form the neighbourhood’s frontage facing Asnières, and the former site of the Chausson factories has become the Chandon-République eco-district, 1,700 homes handed over between 2013 and 2016. The Luth, the Chevrins and the Cité-jardin, to the west

To the north-west, the Luth was built between the 1950s and the 1970s, along the boulevard Intercommunal and near Les Courtilles station (metro 13 and T1 tram); it is undergoing a thorough restructuring, around the espace Aimé-Césaire, on avenue du Luth. Further south, the Cité-jardin, built from 1923 to 1934, brings together 237 houses and 186 homes in small buildings around the Jean-Vigo cinema, on rue Pierre-et-Marie-Curie, next to the Chevrins. Yes, it is the sensible reflex: you don’t know how many copies the previous occupant had made. In these 2013-2016 buildings, the doors are in good condition and the cylinder can be changed on its own, from €90 incl. VAT. You receive a new set of keys and the card of ownership that allows you to order more.

How do you get into a tower in the Luth or the Agnettes at night?

When you call, give us the street number, the building, the floor and how to open the entrance hall: intercom, fob or code. At night, warn a neighbour or the caretaker, if there is one, so that the locksmith isn’t left stuck downstairs. Do you copy security keys?
