Locksmith Clichy, from the porte de Clichy to the banks of the Seine

The centre is organised around the town hall, at 80 boulevard Jean-Jaurès, the Mairie de Clichy metro station (line 13) and the Saint-Médard church, the oldest in the town. To the south, Clichy meets the 17th arrondissement between the porte de Clichy and the porte Pouchet. The neighbourhood has been changing for several years now, starting with the Bic–Chance-Milly sector, on the site of the former Bic factory. Metro lines 13 and 14 stop at porte de Clichy. This is Clichy’s largest neighbourhood by number of homes, almost exclusively flats. It spreads around boulevard Victor-Hugo, which links the porte de Clichy to Saint-Denis, and around two parks: Roger-Salengro, opposite the monumental entrance to the Printemps warehouses, and Mozart, on former Citroën land. To the north, along the Seine, part of the neighbourhood was rebuilt on the site of the former Câbles de Lyon factory: this is the Berges de Seine development zone (ZAC). Its landmark can be seen from afar: the thirteen-storey Art Deco building of the Beaujon hospital, opened in 1935 on boulevard du Général-Leclerc.
