New Vachette ownership card, issued by the manufacturer for your key number. It proves you are entitled to have the key copied: with it, your next copies are ordered with the number and a photo of the card.

Vachette requires it when you no longer have the card: on your key’s page, choose “I no longer have the card” and it is added to the cart automatically, once per key number. You can also order it on its own here.

For a master key (master key system), Vachette asks for a new security certificate: choose “Security certificate”.
