New Pollux ownership card, issued by the manufacturer for your key number. It proves you are entitled to have the key copied: with it, your next copies are ordered with the number and a photo of the card.
It is optional: without the card, Pollux copies your keys with supporting documents, or from a sample key depending on the model. Add it from your key’s page (“Add a new ownership card” box) or order it on its own here.

You order online
Enter the key number: the card is issued for this number. Payment is secure.
You send us your documents
We ask you for the signed ownership form, an ID (both sides) and a proof of address less than 3 months old, by email or WhatsApp.
Pollux issues the card
La Clé du 16 checks your file and sends it to Pollux, which issues the new card for your key number.
